Do you want to share the ambition of Vista Palace Hotel and to partner with this dynamic, to join a motivated team ?
We are strengthening our workforce and are looking for a :
Barman (M/F)
Attached (e) in our gourmet restaurant, you include the F&B team under the direction of the butler. You bring your expertise in the preparation of drinks and cocktails.
Your mission :
- Management and stock control
- Prepares the implementation for aperitifs, cocktails, long drinks, etc.
- Advise regarding the composition of the drinks menu
- Ensure the maintenance of order and bar
- Boosting the atmosphere of our bar
- Dosing and mixing cocktails, appetizers, coffee, soft drinks
- Preparation of snacks (hot, cold, ice)
- Cashing
Your profile :
Training Level III (BTS hotel), IV (BAC PRO), you have a successful experience at least 1 year in a similar position
- Good knowledge of mixology, long drink
- Punctuality, discipline, teamwork, passion and with an excellent interpersonal skills
- You master the French language (reading, writing, speaking)
- Knowledge of a second language is required (English, German or Italian)
- Own car essential for travel to the workplace (and/or housing nearby)
