Always looking for talent of tomorrow, we are looking for a (an):
Revenue Yield / Individual Reservations (H/F)
Attached (e) in the management, you attend our Reservations Manager in his daily actions, pricing, organization and coordination of information related to the occupation of the hotel.
Your mission:
- Organize and optimize occupancy schedules in line with current business operations
- Follow up with executive departments and F & B and Housekeeping
- Make telephone reception, fax processing and management of e-mail
- Educate and monitor business records (creation, synthesis, updating the customer database, ...)
- Update the information professional and regulatory and proceed with the filing, the classification of documents
- Customer Relationship concepts and budget (TO, PVR, etc.).
Your profile :
- You are training to level III (BTS) or level II (bachelor or master) in the field of hotel management and / or management
- You are looking for an internship of 4 to 6 months (beginning in January or early April 2012)
- Dynamic, discipline, teamwork, organization, and with an excellent interpersonal skills.
- A successful experience in the luxury hotel is a more
- Proficiency in computer skills (Office package) is required.
- You are fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Knowledge of a second language is desirable (Italian, German)
- Own car essential for travel to the workplace
