Do you want to share the ambition of Vista Palace Hotel and to partner with this dynamic, to join a motivated team?
We are strengthening our workforce and are looking for a :
Chef de Partie Tournant (H / F)
Attached to our gourmet restaurant, you join the kitchen brigade under the leadership of the head. You bring your skills in the preparation of the dishes and put our cards (hot / cold).
Your mission :
- Prepare meat and fish (curb, bard, drain, slice, ...)
- Measure out and mix the products and culinary ingredients
- Cook or reheat meat, fish, vegetables, (short firings)
- Arrange the dishes for the service (presentation, assembly, finishing, seasoning)
- Coordinate the activities of a team (clerks, divers)
- Supervise the preparation and manufacture of culinary products and monitor the implementation of food hygiene
- Perform maintenance and cleaning of workstations, utensils, equipment or kitchen (health and safety standards HACCP)
Your profile :
- Training Level III (Licence) or IV (BAC PRO kitchen), you have a successful experience at least 1 year in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of vocabulary and kitchen products
- Punctuality, discipline, teamwork, passion, and with an excellent interpersonal skills.
- You have mastered the French language (reading, writing, speaking).
- Knowledge of a second language is appreciated (English, German)
- Own car essential for travel to the workplace (and / or housing nearby)
